Due to the specialized nature of research peptides and chemicals, LV Peptides maintains a strict returns policy to ensure product integrity, safety, and compliance with research standards. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns may be accepted.
## All Sales Are Final
**IMPORTANT: ALL SALES ARE FINAL.**
Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. Research materials cannot be restocked once they have left our controlled storage environment for the following reasons:
– **Product Integrity**: Research peptides require precise storage conditions (temperature, humidity, light exposure)
– **Contamination Risk**: Once products leave our facility, we cannot verify handling or storage conditions
– **Regulatory Compliance**: Research chemicals must maintain chain of custody for compliance purposes
– **Quality Assurance**: We cannot guarantee product integrity for returned items
– **Safety Standards**: Returned products pose potential safety and contamination risks
## Non-Returnable Items
The following items **CANNOT** be returned under any circumstances:
– Opened or used products
– Products with broken or compromised seals
– Products that have been removed from original packaging
– Products that have left our controlled storage environment
– Products stored or handled outside of recommended conditions
– Items marked as “Final Sale”

## Exceptions to the Returns Policy

– Replacement of damaged items
– Store credit for damaged product value
– At our discretion, a refund to original payment method
### 2. Incorrect Item Shipped
If you receive the wrong product:
**Eligibility:**
– Order must be unopened and in original packaging
– Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
– Product must not have been removed from sealed packaging
**Process:**
1. Verify the product received does not match your order confirmation
2. Take photos of the product labels and packaging
3. Contact support@lvpeptides.com with order number and details
4. Wait for return authorization before shipping any items back
**Resolution:**
– We will ship the correct item immediately
– Return label provided for incorrect item
– No additional charges for reshipment
### 3. Quality Control Issues
If a product fails to meet our stated specifications:
**Eligibility:**
– Must be reported within 14 days of delivery
– Requires documentation of the quality issue
– Product must be stored according to our guidelines
**Process:**
1. Document the specific quality concern
2. Provide batch number and product code

4. Our quality control team will review the claim
**Resolution:**
– Replacement product
– Store credit
– Case-by-case evaluation for refunds
### 4. Expired or Short-Dated Products
If you receive products with insufficient remaining shelf life:
**Eligibility:**
– Product must have less than 6 months remaining before expiration
– Must be reported within 7 days of delivery
– Product must be unopened
**Resolution:**
– Replacement with fresh stock
– Store credit for product value
## Return Authorization Process
For eligible returns:

**Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender.**
## Condition Requirements for Returns
For a return to be accepted, the item must be:

– **Undamaged**: No visible damage to packaging or product
– **Original Packaging**: In the original container with all labels intact
– **Storage Verified**: Stored according to our recommended conditions since receipt
– **Within Timeframe**: Reported within the specified time limits above
## Products That Cannot Be Returned
The following are **NEVER** eligible for return:
– Products exposed to improper storage temperatures
– Products with compromised or broken seals
– Products partially used or opened
– Products without original packaging
– Products returned without authorization
– Products purchased more than 30 days ago
– Products marked as “Final Sale” or “No Returns”
## Return Shipping
### For Eligible Returns:
– We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
– Do not use your own shipping method without authorization
– Items must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving return authorization
– Returns must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit
### Customer Responsibility:
– Items damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging are customer’s responsibility
– Lost return shipments without tracking are not our responsibility
– Return shipping costs for non-qualifying returns are customer’s responsibility

– **Damaged Shipments**: Resolved within 5-7 business days of claim submission
– **Incorrect Items**: Replacement ships within 2-3 business days of claim approval
– **Quality Issues**: Review takes 5-10 business days; resolution follows
– **General Inquiries**: Response within 24-48 business hours
## Research Use Only Compliance
By requesting a return, you confirm that:
– The product was used only for lawful research purposes
– The product was not used for human consumption
– You are a qualified researcher or research institution representative
– All applicable laws and regulations were followed
## International Orders
LV Peptides does not accept international orders. All sales are domestic U.S. only. This returns policy applies exclusively to U.S. domestic shipments.
## Wholesale and Bulk Orders
Returns for wholesale or bulk orders are subject to separate terms outlined in wholesale agreements. Standard retail return policies do not apply to wholesale accounts.
