What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that serve as building blocks for proteins. In research settings, peptides are used to study biological processes, develop new therapeutics, and explore various scientific applications. Our peptides are high-purity research compounds intended for laboratory and scientific research only.
Are your products for human consumption?
No. Absolutely not. All products sold by LV Peptides are sold strictly as research materials. They are not intended for human consumption and are not evaluated for safety or efficacy in humans. You must be 21 years or older to purchase, and all products are for research use only.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. Our payment system is currently being set up to provide you with a variety of secure options. If you have questions about payment, please contact us at support@lvpeptides.com.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You may be able to checkout as a guest depending on site settings. Creating an account is recommended so you can view order status and order history more easily.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet entered fulfillment/shipping, we may be able to update or cancel it. Please contact support@lvpeptides.com as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, changes/cancellations may not be possible.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship within the United States only. We may restrict shipping to certain states/localities where distribution is prohibited by law.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 3-5 business days of order confirmation. We carefully package all shipments to maintain product quality during transit. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes. Orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging for your privacy.
Do you require signature on delivery?
Some orders may require an adult signature (21+) depending on order value, carrier requirements, or other risk controls. If signature is required, it will be indicated at shipment.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the nature of research materials and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. This policy exists to ensure the integrity and safety of our products. If you believe there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged shipment, etc.), contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and assist.
What if my package arrives damaged or something is missing?
Contact support@lvpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents. We will investigate and, if appropriate, provide a remedy consistent with our policies.
Product Quality & Storage
How do I store peptides?
Proper storage is essential to maintain peptide integrity:
- Refrigerate upon receipt — most peptides should be stored at 2-8°C (refrigerator temperature)
- Protect from light — keep in original packaging or opaque container
- Keep dry — moisture can degrade peptides
- Check individual product labels for specific storage requirements
Do you provide COAs (Certificates of Analysis)?
Yes! We provide third-party testing for all our products, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available upon request. Contact support@lvpeptides.com with the product name and your order number to request a COA.
What purity levels do you offer?
We offer high-purity research-grade peptides. Exact purity levels vary by product and are listed on individual product pages. All products undergo third-party testing to verify stated purity.
Compliance
Who can purchase from LV Peptides?
Purchases are limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who agree that all products are for research use only. By placing an order, you confirm you are purchasing as a qualified researcher/lab and will use products only in lawful research settings.
Do you offer research or dosing guidance?
No. We do not provide medical, clinical, veterinary, dosing, or usage instructions. LV Peptides does not offer advice on human or animal use.
