LV Peptides is committed to delivering your research materials safely, securely, and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping practices, rates, and delivery guidelines.

## Shipping Territory

**United States Only**

LV Peptides currently ships **exclusively within the United States**. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders placed with international shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

We reserve the right to restrict shipping to specific states or localities where research chemical distribution is prohibited by law.

## Shipping Rates

### Free Shipping Threshold

– **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders over **$150.00** (after discounts, before tax)
– Orders under $150 qualify for our standard flat-rate shipping

### Standard Shipping

– **Flat Rate: $6.95** for all orders under $150
– Delivery typically within 5-7 business days
– Available to all eligible U.S. addresses

### Expedited Shipping Options

We offer expedited shipping for time-sensitive research needs:

– **Priority Shipping**: $12.95 (3-4 business days)
– **Express Shipping**: $24.95 (2 business days)
– **Overnight Shipping**: $39.95 (Next business day, where available)

*Note: Expedited shipping rates are in addition to the $6.95 standard rate, not a replacement. Free shipping threshold of $150 applies to standard shipping only; expedited options are always charged.*

Carrier selection is based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected. We reserve the right to substitute carriers while maintaining equivalent service levels.

– Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST will typically ship same business day
– Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship next business day
– Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship next business day

All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary based on:
– Carrier delays
– Weather conditions
– Destination location
– Unforeseen circumstances

## Shipping Restrictions

### Prohibited Destinations

We cannot ship to:
– Addresses outside the United States
– P.O. Boxes (for orders requiring signature confirmation)
– APO/FPO addresses (select restrictions apply)
– States or localities where research chemicals are prohibited by law

### Signature Requirements

– **Orders over $200** require adult signature confirmation (21+)
– **Temperature-sensitive products** require signature to ensure proper handling
– **First-time customers** may be required to provide signature verification

Failure to provide signature may result in delivery failure and package return. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

## Packaging & Handling

### Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging that does not indicate the contents or our company name. Your privacy and security are our priority.

### Temperature Control

Research peptides require proper storage. We use appropriate packaging to maintain product integrity during transit:
– Insulated packaging when required
– Cold packs for temperature-sensitive items (if applicable)
– Protective cushioning to prevent damage

### Package Contents

Each shipment includes:
– Your ordered products (properly sealed and labeled)
– Packing slip (without pricing information for gift orders)
– Storage and handling instructions
– Certificate of Analysis (COA) available upon request

## Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing:
– Tracking number
– Carrier information
– Estimated delivery date
– Link to track your package

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

## Shipping Issues

### Lost Packages

If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date:
1. Check tracking information for status updates
2. Verify shipping address accuracy
3. Contact us at support@lvpeptides.com

We will initiate a trace with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will work with you on replacement or store credit.

### Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:
1. **Do not discard any packaging materials**
2. Take photos of the damaged package and contents
3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
4. Keep all original packaging until claim is resolved

We will work with the carrier and provide replacement or store credit for verified damage claims.

### Incorrect Address

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by you:
– We are not responsible for non-delivery
– Reshipment fees will apply
– No refunds will be issued for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

If you notice an address error before shipment, contact us immediately at support@lvpeptides.com.

## Returns to Sender

Packages returned to us as “undeliverable” due to:
– Incorrect address
– Refused delivery
– Failure to claim
– Unavailability for signature

Will be processed as follows:
– Customer will be contacted for corrected address
– Reshipment fee of $6.95 will be charged
– Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs if refund is requested

## Shipping to Restricted States

Due to state and local regulations, we cannot ship to certain jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your area. We reserve the right to cancel orders shipping to restricted locations.

Currently restricted jurisdictions may include (subject to change):
– Specific localities with research chemical bans
– Areas with specific peptide distribution restrictions

## Holiday Shipping

During holidays and peak periods, processing and delivery times may be extended:
– Add 1-2 business days to standard processing
– Expedited shipping recommended for time-sensitive needs
– Order early to avoid delays
